K2 uses real historical market data sourced from professional-grade data providers. This includes 5-minute OHLCV bars for stocks, ETFs, crypto, and forex. We do not use simulated or synthetic data.

Backtesting results reflect what historically happened in similar setups. They show outcome distributions and probabilities based on real data. However, historical patterns do not guarantee future results.

K2 covers 460+ instruments across four asset classes: 350+ U.S. stocks, 34 major ETFs, 50 crypto pairs, and 20 forex pairs.

K2 is currently available on iOS and on the web dashboard. Android support is on our roadmap. In the meantime, you can access all backtesting features through the web dashboard on any device with a desktop browser.
